It's not so much what you wear. It's more how you behave, how you walk, how you talk, how you ARE and FEEL.
You can wear the cutest dress but if you walk like a construction worker and swear like a trooper (no offense to anyone!!) you won't look girly.

It's more a personality process than anything else. What you wear will come with how you feel. At least that's my experience.

i had the same problem, the best thing to do is to look through fashion magazine's or gossip mags (they always have a section that tells you whats the latest in high street fashion, the right heels/shoes, colours to wear, types of tops, trendy hair styles etc) and then mix and match. choose something that looks 'lady like' and something that you would feel comfortable in and then just experiment. Another thing that you could do is bring a friend shopping with you that is very 'girly' and a true friend will always give you an honest opinion on what looks hot whats not, and also what suites u to what doesn't. however the most important thing to remember is to dress the way you feel is comfterable, its kool to be a trend setter but its even kooler to be yourself and unique. I have insainly thick curly hair. It doesn't look good curly and i have to straighten it every day. My hair is so damaged. I need to know how to make it straighter, quicker and easier. Useing a medium/small round brush or a flat panel brush. Gently turn the brush as you dry each section of your hair to help with smoothing.
Use a hairdryer with a nozzle attachment that will direct the flow of the hair onto a small section of your hair. (on a colder setting if possible.
Apply product when hair is freshly damp and blow-dry as soon as possible to get the smoothest texture.
AND DO NOT use really large round brushes - they are difficult to maneuver and can give your hair more volume. You want a medium or small brush or flat panel to give you optimal smoothness and help you achieve a nice curl at the ends.

OMG! I feel your pain! I have the exact same hair. Except I have no time to straigten it every day and I have to tie it in a ponytail EVERY DAY! And its a weird ponytail becuase the front looks straight and the ponytail is super curly. But my recent haircut isn't that bad. I got it cut to around my shoulders (when its curly) and I got her to thin it out a bit. Also, she gave me layers and bangs in the front. With the bangs, they are just little curls in front of my face. But when I straighten them, they're like side bangs. The only problem is that my hair is longer in the back which looks fine when I straighten it but really weird when its curly.
I never understood why so many people think that the female human is more beautiful than the male human. If the female didn't wax her eyebrows, shave her legs, pits and other areas, paint her face (going for that "natural" look of course, which is in itself a laughable contradiction,) create elaborate hairstyle and position her body in ways that make it look better than it actually does (push-up bras and nylons, anyone?), she'd resemble a rather plain-looking ... boy.
When I appreciate the power, strength and angular beauty of a man's body, I never find myself questioning the authenticity in his beauty. Men roll out of bed, shower, shave and scratch their asses, and voila! Even if women didn't take over an hour preparing, can you honestly say that her beauty would still hold true under inches of leg and pit hair, uncovered zits and frazzled, long hair hanging in her face? Women require so much maintenance. You don't see men carrying their balls inside little, lacy baggies.

I find women more attractive, because they are beautiful, and I am sexually attracted to them since I am a straight man. But, I do see your point. Unfortunately, many people don't realise that men and women's physical appearance should not be compared to one another, because doing so would be like comparing apples to oranges. Objectively speaking, they both have physically attractive qualitites that are unique to one another, and are basically complimentary. Softness-ruggedness, curves-muscle tone/definition, elegance-prominence, pretty-handsome, grace-strength, etc. I can't help, but to get the sense that the male body is inferior, becuase I am always hearing how the female form is far more attractive than the male form. I think you should post this question again in another section, because I think you would get more answers if you tried again.

Anyone that's overweight looks unattractive. It doesn't matter if the person is male or female. Men and women both look sexy if they watch what they eat. Unfortunately, most people don't do that. That's why there are so many unattractive people. You view a woman's desire to make herself more attractive as a weakness, but men see that as a strength. Some women put so much effort into making themselves more attractive to men. That's very sexy to a man. It shows that a woman cares about herself and the people around her. A woman like that deserves respect. A woman like that does get more respect and attention from men. I think the main reason men don't primp and powder themselves is because women don't really want men doing that. Women don't want men trying to look like women.
Would you prefer we were all a unisex form of humans? To me that is one of the greatest gifts God has given us is the many differences in the world. Races, religion, nature, scenery, seasons, tastes, opinions, views,...................

Not every female takes hours to look their best. There are some of us that don't require all of that maintenance and are naturally beautiful even upon waking in the morning. Since I am a straight woman, I do agree that men are beautiful. However, women's bodies are shapely and soft - much more beautiful than men.

what kind of gel, wax or sprays should I use? I use Garnier Fructis Style Fiber Gum and Garnier Full Control Hairspray. Sometimes I think of straightening it, but my straightener doesn't work well and it takes a lot of time for me.

If your tired with it, then maybe dye it or highlight it becuz I don't know anyother thing you can do with your hair to style it. If you color it or something it will look a little different. that is what my music teacher does all the time. It looks the same but fresh and grabs attention in a good way. you should NOT put gel in it,but use sunsilk shampoo and conditioner.Then,take a comb and pull it all back except for a little in the front and put it kinda circular.Its a hot hairstyle if you do it right.Hope i helped!
