Help with a new hairstyle?

so i recently decided that i look bad with long hair, and that i need to cut it short. not short short like a boyish hair cut like girls get. but maybe something like right at my shoulders...i have a few ideas..i know i want random choppy layers. i have blonde hair, a round face and green eyes.
