I would cut it just below your shoulders, layer it, angle it toward your face, and if you want it really cute, get 7 blond highlights.

As your really pretty and you want a longer style, I think you should go for a layered look. Basically layer your hair from the back to create volume and have it lasered cut-which means it just gives your hair a cooler rougher look. You could also have a cute fringe which would suit you a lot.

you are pretty and have a really nice face shape :) so its easier to work with. I think you would look good with a lot of the length off. here are a few suggestions:

You could get a bob or a pob - these are quite fashionable at the moment and it would flatter your face, go on google and type in victoria beckham and you should see some like this,

You could get it cut shoulder length or a bit longer and have layers put in. A lot of people have this done and it has always been a successful look for me in the past!

also you could get some hair straightners and products or curlers to make your hair look extra extra special and diiferent and give you that celeb style!

Its certainly looking too long for you and badly needs cut. If you want it long cut it just about shoulder length with a nice fringe it will look far healthier. But i agree with many otheres here too you have a nice face that would suit a good blunt cut BOB maybe with some kind of fringe. Good luck anyway with you new haircut you,ll look far better.
