I need help with a future hairstyle?

Hi everyone. So currently, I have long thick black hair that almost reaches my behind and I am getting sick of it lately. I wanted to get a new haircut but still keep my hair long. The longest I would want it to be would have to be past by bust but only barely. I was wondering if any of you had pictures of a hairstyle like this but with layers? The layers help take a load of weight off of my head since my hair is so heavy. I straighten my hair so any pictures with straight hair will be awesome but I don't mind any wavy/curly ones either! Thanks a lot guys :D I can't wait for this change :D
