Hairstyles/haircut ideas?

Im looking for a new idea for my hair. I have had the same haircut since I was about 16-17, Im 23 now. My hair is thick and strawberry blonde. I like to keep it long but lately it just does not grow what soever and the longest i can get it is mid back. I added a picture its a little longer than that now- Its about 3- 4 inches from my shoulder. But I usually have it layered at the ends and tapered around my face. I do not want to go pixie short but would go up to my shoulders. So any ideas or pictures would be awesome thanks! Heres the link

id get a lot of really short layer, and some bangs, then ur hair wont look like its kinda poofy... no offense
