I've had locs for 6 years and love them.They are incredibly long and beautiful but I'm just thinking that for a change I may cut them. But I dont know what to do with my hair when I do.I want it to stay natural but other than an afro, what hairstyle can I persue?

I let my hair be natural, sometimes I cornrow it into a mohawk. Sometimes I leave the rows in, take em out, and leave the cool afro in. But my hair is silkier.

Maybe you can just cut your locks shorter until you decide for sure what to do next instead of cutting them off completely. I cut off a few of mine then decided i shouldn't have. All I did was leave my head with little locks sticking out. You've had them for a long time and I just don't want you to regret that you've made such a drastic change.
