Hair colour and style?? need help?

So my natural colour is blonde but it is turning dirty blonde as i get older im (20). right now it is fairly long i can reach it easily when i put my hand behind my back. so I was thinking this for the cut

and for the colour would be like this but instead of red highlights it would be pink so there would be blonde light brown and pink.
