Bangs!! Ahh!?

So. I got this really cruddy haircut and Its like layered and then bangs but the bangs are in that in between stage where the arent really short enough to be classified as bangs but too short to blend with the lengthy hair. My hairs really thick and long any hairstyle ideas?

Well, if you want to keep your bangs, I suggest doing sideswept bangs.

Or, use headbands, clips, and cute hair accessories to tuck them back.

But if you want them to blend into your long hair, I suggest doing this: Apply mousse or something onto your bangs and hair. Then, start blowdrying your bangs and tousle them from left to right, right to left, and repeat the process until they blend into your hair. They'll be slightly swept back and more slightly blended in.

Sideswept bangs. If they are too short to tuck behind your ear and they keep getting in your eyes, try pinning them back with a barrette or bobby pin until they get a little length.

Headbands, cute bobby pins will help keep your bangs out of your face.

Try straightening them a bit and sweeping them to 1 side and holding them with gel or hair spray.

A couple of cute little clips with some butterflies or dragonflies to clip them back.

Make them cute pixie bangs until they griow out. Put a little shine balm in them , and blow-dry them until they are dry. Straightning them might make them look longer!

I would either curl your hair with a curling iron or straighten your hair because its thick. Then, clip your bangs back with a bobby pin making sure to lift them up slighty before securing them (this will make a small "poof.")

That really sucks! Don't worry, I got a bad haircut on Friday, it wasn't a bad haircut, but I don't like it. I got long bangs as well, and I just wear them back in a headband or wear it off to the side like the "sidebangs" that are so popular. If they are longer than I described, then trim them a bit. Also, if you usually like the haircuts your stylist gives you, then go back and describe the problem and he/she should be more than happy to fix it for you, and shouldn't charge you for it. You may want to bring a picture as well. If this is the first time or one of consistant patterns, ask one of your friends to refer you to someone and have them fix it. I'm sorry for what happened.

Umm, pinning your bangs back (high!) is very in style right now. So, just use bobby pins, a brush %26amp; your hands to pin the bang back and pin it back. Also, twisting it back %26amp; pinning it looks really nice if you do it just right. Also, headbands %26amp; cute barrettes look nice!

And, don't worry too much about it. Most people won't notice your bad haircut, or think it's quite as bad, as you do. Confidence is the key to being beautiful =)
