Hi, I want to have new hairstyle thats good for my square shape face. I wear rectangular glasses too but i will soon get like oval shaped ones later. I'm petite too if that counts and currently have long hair that reaches to my mid back when curly (I also have curly hair). I would still like to have my long hair though so I don't want the length to shorten too much. I was thinking of layers and wispy bangs that reach my eye brows. Any recommendations or suggestions ppl??

You have lovely curly hair. And you're smiling, yay! Everyone seems to look so miserable in pictures lately =p you're very pretty.
I think it would be nice if you had it shaped slightly around your face. Like, the bits of hair closest to your face cut shorter, and then longer as it goes out. The shortest bits don't have to be particularly short, but it would give it a nice effect. To continue the look, you could also have it either thinned a little, or layered subtly. Both would look lovely.
You could also experiment a little with partings. I can't really see from that picture where your hair is parted at the moment. Is it at the side? But you could have a play with it and see if you prefer it parted somewhere else.
If you ask your hairdresser for some advice, she/he will be really helpful and probably put forward some suggestions for what else would look good on you. They'll also probably have some hairstyle magazines you can look through, if you ask. As long as you have a vague idea of what you want, your hairdresser will be able to help you loads!

I definitely think some bangs would suit you, and a bit of layering, but not too much! You can change it up by straightening it some days and keeping it curly others.

Some bags would look good on you, maybe some short layers, if you don't want your hair that short, :).

Your face isn't square, it's round, but a it on the oval side because it's a little longer than a roung face. An easy way to tell is look at the hair line and jaw line. Yours is more soft, rounded. A square face will have a just about even and straight hair line above their forehead and the jaw is much more straight.

Since your hair is curly you may want to get it thinned out, add a lot of long layers...this will keep your current length, if you want it to stay that long. The shortest layer should be several inches (7 or so) shorter than your longest layer. If your hair is cut to mid back length the shortest layer would be around your shoulders. You don't want full bangs, go for a side swept instead but don't let it cover your face too much, as the website says, having hair around your face will accentuate the round fullness.

as much as i love long hair on a woman i know its too much to handle especially if its hot outside so i think maybe you can shorten your hair up to your neck then have it feather like and maybe a few highlights to go with that all natural black or dark brown color you already have

If I may say so, you are very pretty. I like your long curly black hair. I think it should be (at least) layered. You don't want bushy. Your hair would be set much nicer. Just my thoughts
